Stressed about your probate hearing? Don’t be. We will walk you through the process ahead of time so that you know what to expect. Our team will make sure you are provided with the right bond for your probate hearing. There is an application process to see if you qualify for a bond and we can help you with that also. We will discuss with you any conditions by our underwrtiters in reference to your bond request. It’s what we love to do to make this less stressful on you and your loved ones.

Some states don't require your insurance bond agent to attend the probate hearing. However, Virginia mandates that your agent attends your probate hearing when a bond is required. Therefore, we will be there with you every step of the way to make sure things go smoothly at your hearing and bring clarity to the process. The hearing normally lasts less than one hour when you bring all items as instructed in your initial interview with the probate clerk.

Be confident that your bond has an AM Best Rating of "A". This shows the financial strength of the company that is dedicated in underwriting your bond for the protection of the estate assets that meet the requirements that you should expect. In some states we are required to provide the bond but in Virginia the bond is provided by the clerk of the court and we have the power to sign off on the bond on behalf of the company underwriting the bond.
