Maurce is a native of Richmond Virginia and has seen many changes since starting his real estate career in 1987 after serving in the United States Navy. Throughout the years, these changes have contributed to his growth from being an agent to a broker in assisting his clients (i.e., buyers, sellers and investors) to understand their real estate options. He is dedicated to his profession and believes that the four keys to being an asset to his clients are listening, training, networking and communication which is evident by his longevity in the business. He also bring 30+ years of Information Technology experience to the real estate industry which helps when working with his clients to ensure data integrity and protecting their privacy.

 

He specialize in all areas of real estate sales and he is also a Probate Real Estate Specialist (PRES) who work with executors/administrators and attorneys on Estate-Probate property as it relates to the probate hearing, fiduciary bonds and selling the real estate the right way.
