PDAP Report Services

​We utilize drones  for our Property Drone Aerial Photos (PDAP), to track external assets, property issues and property damage. This helps in identifying estate assets especially when the deceased's person property is vacant and subject to theft and vandalism. Your fiduciary duty as the executor or the administrator of the estate is to protect and preserve the assets. Our PDAP Report gives you a visual viewpoint that helps you explain to other interested parties if something is missing or the condition of the property. Normal drone photography starts around $375.00 depending on the size of the property and how much detail you want captured. The good news is that this is a complimentary service done by a Certified FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot when you hire us to sell the real estate with a valid signed listing agreement.
