Some states don't require your insurance bond agent to attend the court hearing. In some cases, Virginia mandates that we, your agent attend your hearing when certain bonds are required. Therefore, we will be there with you every step of the way to make sure things go smoothly at your hearing and bring clarity to the process. The hearing normally lasts less than one hour when you bring all items as instructed in your initial interview with clerk or the or your schedule court appointment. 

Be confident that your bond has an AM Best Rating of "A". This shows the financial strength of the company that is dedicated in underwriting your bond for the protection of the estate assets that meet the requirements that you should expect. In some states we are required to provide the bond but in Virginia the bond is provided by the clerk of the court and we have the power to sign off on the bond on behalf of the company underwriting the bond.
